1. The seat is equipped with a transponder for individual identification data. Once the chair arrives at the tightening station, the transponder is read, and the intelligent electric batch tightens several screws on both sides of the seat. If a screw is missing from the chair, the system picks the product out and sends a warning message. Since each step is unfolded sequentially on the conveyor, the innovative tightening system can work side-by-side with workers in a limited space. At the same time, digital monitoring prevents faulty seats from continuing to flow on the conveyor. This improves production efficiency and comes closer to guaranteeing product reliability.
