1. The seat is equipped with a transponder for individual identification data. Once the chair arrives at the tightening station, the transponder is read, and the intelligent electric batch tightens several screws on both sides of the seat. If a screw is missing from the chair, the system picks the product out and sends a warning message. Since each step is unfolded sequentially on the conveyor, the innovative tightening system can work side-by-side with workers in a limited space. At the same time, digital monitoring prevents faulty seats from continuing to flow on the conveyor. This improves production efficiency and comes closer to guaranteeing product reliability.
2. When the number of tightening bolts ≥ 2, the process of the site will be specified in the standard work instructions, the tightening sequence of the two bolts, and the operator according to the operation work instructions to complete the work when a large number of, continuous work or production in the night shift, and frequent operation, easy to cause fatigue, the process consistency, will lose the guarantee.
3. The verification and selection of the tightening scheme is an essential part of the control process quality; if the tightening process is not stable, it will lead to unstable tightening quality output to the vehicle sold after the customer ride, which brings unpredictable risks. The torque control of automotive seat bolts is systematic and tedious work, a complex process of practice → verification → adjustment → practice again, any "change point" in production will lead to abnormal fluctuations in torque. Only through dynamic management can we guarantee the vehicle's reliability when handed over to the customer.
